Yoga has become a way of life for me. My mission is to support you through your own yoga journey.
I bring a sense of playfulness and inspiration to my classes and retreats - in the studio and outdoors.
With over 15 years of personal yoga exploration and 6 years of passionate teaching experience, Sylvie specializes in hatha yoga, yin yoga, mindful movement, outdoor yoga, and leading transformational retreats.
