I stumbled onto yoga over 10 years ago. Honestly, I found it bit boring and strange but I kept going back because it was the only thing that brought me a deep sense of peacefulness. Yoga has become a way of life for me. Over the past 5 years, I’ve been diving deeper into the practice attending yoga teacher trainings in Costa Rica, Spain, and Niagara Falls, as well as heading to yoga conferences in Toronto and Victoria. I specialize in Hatha, Yin, and SUP yoga. I bring a sense of playfulness and inspiration to my classes - in studio and outdoors. You’ll find a wide variety of yoga and personal growth sessions here. My mission is to make you fall in love with yoga.
