Flow into this spring season with a 5-week yoga flow class to help you build strenght, balance, and mobility for the upcoming summer stand-up paddle board season lead by Yogi Erika.
This class will focus on:
- Building upper body strength specifically for paddling
- Improving balance and stability
- Working towards mobility and flexibility
5-week series starting on Wednesday, May 1st at 6 pm at Timmins Fitness Alternatives
*Non-paddlers are also welcome to join too

Refund requests to sylvie@rebelsoul.ca are accepted until 48 hours before the start of the Series. Passes are transferrable to another guest at any time.
